Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Invenro, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using the platform on behalf of a company, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these terms.

Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must promptly notify us of any unauthorized access. Account owners are responsible for managing team member roles and access permissions.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems
• Upload malicious files or data designed to disrupt the service
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the platform
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute access to the platform without authorization

Your Data & Intellectual Property

You retain full ownership of all data you upload to Invenro, including inventory records, product information, and documents. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your content. By using the service, you grant us a limited license to process your data solely for the purpose of providing the platform's features.

Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice. We are not liable for downtime caused by circumstances beyond our control, including third-party service outages.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Invenro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees you have paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. Upon termination, your access to the platform will be revoked and your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the UAE.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-platform notice.
