When you create an Invenro account, we collect your name, email address, and company information. Through your use of the platform, we process the inventory data you upload — including product listings, stock levels, pricing, and sales data from your connected channels.
We also collect usage analytics such as pages visited, features used, and interaction patterns to improve the platform experience.
How We Use Your Data
- Service delivery: processing your inventory data, generating insights, and powering the AI agent
- AI matching: creating product embeddings for semantic matching across your sales channels
- Insight generation: analyzing inventory patterns to surface dead stock, velocity anomalies, and profitability gaps
- Platform improvement: aggregated, anonymized usage data to improve features and performance
Data Sharing
We do not sell your data. We share data only with third-party processors necessary to operate the service:
- Database hosting: Neon (PostgreSQL) for secure data storage
- AI embeddings: OpenAI for generating product similarity vectors — only product names and attributes are sent, never financial data
- Authentication: Google OAuth for secure sign-in
Data Security
Your data is protected through encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest. We enforce strict multi-tenant isolation — your data is scoped to your company and cannot be accessed by other tenants. All API endpoints enforce authentication and authorization checks.
Data Retention
Your data is retained for as long as your account is active. Upon account termination or deletion request, we will remove your data from our systems within 30 days. Aggregated, anonymized analytics data may be retained indefinitely.
Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your account and data
- Export your data in a portable format
